A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Establishment of Sheikh Kamal IT Training & Incubation Center Project, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division of the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology of the Government of Bangladesh and the HyperTAG Solutions Ltd. in Bangladesh at the ICT Tower, E-14/X, BCC Bhaban, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh.

As announced by the Deputy Project Director, Establishment of Sheikh Kamal IT Training & Incubation Center Project, Mr. Abu Rafa Md. Arif and Mr. Md. Ashraful Alam, Director of HyperTAG Solutions Ltd. in Bangladesh, both agencies are optimistic that the partnership will help Bangladesh become a new leader in IT expertise area.

The partnership seeks to place ICT at the heart of the country’s national development efforts, fostering innovation to accelerate progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by increasing IT skilled manpower.

An important focus of this cooperation under the partnership arrangement will be expanding opportunities for students to participate in the country’s development. The partnership is announced to establish a competitive edge in terms of availability of skilled manpower and high quality infrastructure, for attracting investors in Information Technology (IT).
